Our Background
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Arrington, Tennessee, Evolve was created to provide compliance review and educational resources to local community banks. Those services quickly expanded in order to meet the needs of our clients who wanted an option for writing real estate evaluations internally. Our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution ensures adherence to compliance requirements, increases efficiencies internally, offers a non-interest fee income resource and expedites the loan closing process.

Our Services
Our services are divided into three different categories and with a focus on real estate valuation: education, compliance review and valuation.

EDUCATION Evolve offers educational training for lenders and other real estate professionals with on-site training or through our educational video series in our online store. Topics include ordering, writing and/or reviewing appraisal and evaluation reports, as well as understanding and interpreting various regulatory requirements.

COMPLIANCE REVIEW We act as a third-party resource for compliance reviews on a variety of valuation products for lenders and other real estate organizations throughout the Southeastern United States. Evolve can also perform compliance reviews for your entire valuation process from policies and procedures development to portfolio audits.

REAL ESTATE VALUATIONS Our web-based tool, myEvolve, was created as a solution for institutions and other real estate related professionals to write regulatory compliant real estate evaluation reports when appraisal reports are not required or necessary. This allows the institution to complete a regulatory compliant report in a quick timeframe and to provide a non-interest fee income stream for the institution if they desire. We have also added additional templates to provide real estate appraisers with report options when the lengthy form style reports are not required.
